*Dear Guests, as we prepare your steaks in the Mibrasa oven on Quebracho charcoal, that is, on a real fire, we need to reheat the oven with new coals between 16:00 and 16:30 so that the taste of our steaks remains the same throughout the day.

During the week from 15:30 to 17:00, our kitchen takes a technical break to prepare for the evening service. The bar and patio remains open should you wish to enjoy a drink, wine or coffee.
