PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION PRINCIPLES OF THEIR PROCESSING

Dear customer, in order to process your reservation or request, we need your personal data. The security of your data and its processing in accordance with the law is our top priority. Here you will learn how we process your personal data and how we ensure its security.

Your personal data is processed by our company HUKE s.r.o., with registered office at: Bosákova 7, 851 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic, ID number: 52763277 registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section: Ltd, insert no.: 141957/B, mailing address: Bosákova 7, 851 04 Bratislava, mm@meetmeat.sk (hereinafter referred to as the „controller“).
• What personal data do we process? In order to process your reservation or request via the form and fulfill all related legal obligations, we process your personal data to the extent of title, name, surname, phone number, email.
• For what purpose do we process your personal data? We process your personal data for the purpose of concluding a reservation or request via the contact form online and its registration and subsequent processing.
• How can you give us consent? You can give consent to the processing of your personal data when making a reservation or when submitting the contact form.
• How can you withdraw consent? You can withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data given to us at any time. You can revoke your consent by sending a notification to the email: mm@meetmeat.sk, or by sending a notification by mail to the address of HUKE s.r.o., with registered office at: Bosákova 7, 851 04 Bratislava.
• To whom do we provide your data? In order to fulfill the request from the contact form or from the reservation and to secure your reservation in our restaurant, we provide your personal data to our staff.
• How long do we keep your personal data? Reservations made through the reservation system, or through email and phone reservations, are kept for the duration of processing the reservation and for a necessary period for the exercise of rights, up to a maximum of 2 years.
• Where do we transfer your personal data? We do not transfer your personal data to any third country.
• Not satisfied? If you are not satisfied with how we process your personal data, you can let us know by email mm@meetmeat.sk. You also have the option to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully.
• How do we process your personal data? We process your personal data in electronic and paper form. We do not use any automated individual decision-making means. Your personal data are processed in the following programs and online applications: a) WordPress, Word Excel, email mm@meetmeat.sk
• How do we ensure the protection of your personal data? The security of your personal data is our top priority. To ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken necessary technical and organizational measures. The website is secured against access by third parties. Documents processed in paper form are stored in a lockable cabinet. Persons processing personal data have been instructed and committed to confidentiality.
• What are your rights?
  • Right to access data You have the right to know whether we process your personal data. If we do, you can request access to the data. Based on your request, we will issue a confirmation with information about the processing of your personal data by our company.
  • Right to rectification You have the right to ensure that your personal data we process are correct, complete, and up-to-date. If your personal data are incorrect or outdated, you can request their rectification or supplementation.
  • Right to erasure Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased. You can request the erasure of your data at any time. We will erase your personal data if: you withdraw your consent; you object to the processing of your personal data; we process your personal data unlawfully; personal data must be erased to fulfill a legal obligation; if you are a child, or parent of a child who consented to the processing of personal data via the internet;
  • Right to restriction of processing You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If we comply with your request, we will only store your personal data and will not further process them. The restriction of processing your data will occur if: you inform us that your personal data are incorrect, until we verify their accuracy; we process your personal data unlawfully, but you do not agree to their erasure and instead request the restriction of processing your personal data; we no longer need your data, but you need them to assert, exercise, or defend your rights; you object to the processing of your personal data, until we verify whether our legitimate interests outweigh your reasons.
  • Right to data portability You have the right to request that we provide your personal data to you in electronic format (e.g., XML or CSV file), which will allow you to easily transfer the data to another company. You can also ask us to transfer your personal data directly to the selected company. We will comply with your request if you provided us with personal data directly and consented to their processing.
  • Right to object You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can object to their processing at any time. Based on your objection, we will erase your personal data. If we process your personal data in the following cases: to perform a task in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority, for reasons of our legitimate interest, you can object to their processing if you have personal reasons for doing so.

Final provisions

• These principles of personal data protection come into effect on 08.11.2021. We reserve the right to change these principles if there is a change in the processing of personal data in our company.
