Dear customer, in order for you to process your reservation or your request, we need your personal data. The security of your data and their processing lawfully is of paramount importance to us. Here you will learn how we process your personal data and how we will achieve its security.

    In order to process your reservation or request via the form and to comply with all legal obligations related thereto, we process your personal data to the extent of title, name, surname, telephone number, email.
  • For what purpose do we process your personal data?
    We process your personal data for the purpose of concluding a reservation or request via the contact form via the Internet and registering it and subsequent processing.
  • How can you give us your consent?
    You can give us your consent to the processing of your personal data when you make a reservation or submit a contact form.
  • How can you withdraw consent?
    You can withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data given to us at any time. You can withdraw your consent by sending a notice to the email: mm@meetmeat.sk , or by sending a notice by post to the address HUKE s.r.o., with its registered office at: Bosákova 7, 851 04 Bratislava.
  • Who do we share your data with?
    In order to fulfill a request from the contact form or from the reservation and to arrange for your reservation in our restaurant, we provide your personal data to our staff.
  • How long do we keep your personal data?
    Reservations concluded through the reservation system or via e-mail and telephone reservation are kept for the duration of the booking and for the necessary time in case of exercise of rights, for a maximum period of 2 years.
  • Where do we transfer your personal data?
    We do not transfer your personal data to any third country.
  • Not satisfied?
    If you are not satisfied with how we process your personal data, you can let us know about it by emailing mm@meetmeat.sk. You also have the option to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully.
  • How do we process your personal data?
    We process your personal data in electronic and paper form. We do not use any means of automated individual decision-making. We process your personal data in the following programs and online applications: a) WordPress, Word Excel, email mm@meetmeat.sk
  • How do we ensure the protection of your personal data?
    The security of your personal data is of paramount importance to us. In order to ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures. The website is secured from access by third parties. Documents processed in paper form are stored in a locker. Persons who process personal data have been instructed and bound by confidentiality.

    • Right of access You have the right to know whether we process your personal data. If we process these things, you can ask us to access the data. Upon your request, we will issue a confirmation with information about the processing of your personal data by our company.
    • Right to rectification You have the right to have your personal data processed correct, complete and up-to-date. If your personal data is incorrect or outdated, you can ask us to correct or complete it.
    • Right to erasure Under certain circumstances, you have the right for us to delete your personal data. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will delete your personal data if we no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which you provided it to us;

      • personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;
      • if you are a child or a parent of a child who has consented to the processing of personal

    • Right to restriction of processing You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. If we comply with your request, we will only store your personal data and will no longer work with it. The processing of your data will be restricted if
      • you inform us that your personal data is incorrect until we have verified its accuracy;
      • we process your personal data unlawfully, but you do not agree to their deletion and instead request that we only restrict the processing of your personal data;
      •  We no longer need your data, but you need it to prove, exercise or defend your rights;
      • you object to the processing of your personal data until we have verified whether our legitimate interests outweigh your reasons.
    • Right to data portability You have the right to request that we provide you with your personal data in electronic form (e.g. XML or CSV file) that allows you to easily transfer your data to another company. You can also ask us to transfer your personal data directly to the selected company. We will comply with your request if you have provided us with personal data directly and you have given us your consent to process it.
    • Right to object You have the right to object to the fact that we process your personal data. If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can object to their processing at any time. Upon objection, we will delete your personal data. If we process your personal data in the following cases:
      • for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority,
      • for reasons of our legitimate interest,
      • You can object to their processing if you have personal reasons for doing so.
  • How can you exercise these rights? You can contact us with your request in one of the following ways: by sending a notice to an email mm@meetmeat.sk, or by sending it to the address of our company, HUKE s.r.o., with its registered office at: Bosákova 7, 851 04 Bratislava, Slovak Republic. We will deal with all your requests and inform you of the outcome of the request in the same way as you submit the request.

Final provisions

  • This Privacy Policy enters into force on 08.11.2021. We reserve the right to change this policy if there is a change in the processing of personal data in our company.
